About Me.
I go to a coffee shop every day as part of my daily routine. It provides a calmness, warmth and grounds me amidst the stress of daily life. Cafes offer a sense of belonging, shared enjoyment, and inspire creative thought.
Art too celebrates diversity, individuality and our unique experiences and perspectives. My passion for art, my love of coffee and values of inclusivity has led me to focus on the LGBTQIA+ community, and a drive to raise awareness of complex mental health challenges. Both of these communities are often misunderstood, and stigmatised, and as a result people are treated differently.
During my Fine Art degree I focused the majority of my work exploring my own mental health by using paint and colour theory as visual outlets to express what i could not verbalise.
It brought me a little clarity just as my 4 shots of coffee do!
Bringing all 3 of these communities together and creating a safe space is so important.

A fine art degree offers students the opportunity to explore various artistic disciplines, including painting, sculpture, photography, print making and moving image. This program encourages and critical thinking while providing technical skills necessary for a successful career in the arts. Students engage in-on projects, art history studies, and exhibitions, fostering a strong understanding of both contemporary and traditional art practices.
